Delivery Information

When you place your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date on the checkout page. Additionally, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery date within a maximum of 3 days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 8 PM, excluding public holidays.

Care Instructions

Use a soft cloth, preferably white (that does not shed lint), and moisten it.
Wipe the damp cloth over the area to be cleaned and then immediately follow with the dry cloth.
*Whenever you clean a structure or piece treated with electrostatic paint, make sure to dry the piece thoroughly; if moisture is left on the paint surface, it can damage the finish and cause oxidation.
**When cleaning or washing glass, walls, or floors, avoid having the pieces covered or splashed with liquids containing solvent and/or abrasive agents.

1. Do not use any type of solvents to improve cleaning, such as thinners, ethers, ketones, or abrasive cleaners, to avoid damaging the coating.
