Product Details

Uncannily challenging excessive symbolic power granted to scientific institutions, the “Institutional Chair” reveals a tension with the accepted desubjectivisation of the body into specimen for study.

The Institution Chair’s smoothly finished white lamb leather seat subtly winks at clinical aesthetics. The seat suspends from chromed steel rings that hang onto an elegant and minimalistic structure.

Material: Nickel plated steel, white lamb leather

The Bond Series B01 stool is the first prototype in a collection made from reclaimed ACP (Aluminum Composite Panels), also known as Dibond, a durable material often discarded prematurely.

The collection explores the possibilities and conflicts within this advanced material.

All plates for the B01 stool were sourced from film industry waste found at the Haus der Materialisierung.
